Dancers’ Casting Call for Upcoming Shows
The Spotlight Club’s upcoming shows are expected to take place in mid November 2024 and in mid May 2025. The dates won’t be confirmed until later this year.
We are going ahead with the dancers’ auditions so that we can cast and begin rehearsals as soon as possible. The audition is open to all SCA residents. You do not need to be a club member to audition. No registration is necessary. There are 2 audition routines. Dancers are expected to learn the routines in advance of the audition. A video of audition routine 1 and two videos of audition routine 2 are below.
The audition routines will be demonstrated in person on Saturday, May 18th at 10:00 am in Liberty Center. You may audition on one of the following dates: Wednesday, May 22nd at 1:00 pm in Liberty Center, or Saturday, May 25th at 10:00 am in Liberty Center. Please arrive 15 minutes early and come prepared to dance the audition routine.
